ISLAMIC MARRIAGE SERVICES

• The following are needed for the Marriage Service:
  • The presence of the bride and groom
  • Valid state-approved photo ID of the bride and groom
  • The presence of two just witnesses
  • Valid state-approved photo ID of the witnesses
• The civil and religious marriages should be done on the same date

WEDDING RECEPTION

• Hall rental available for wedding receptions
• Islamic rules apply: hejab for ladies, no alcoholic beverages, no music, etc.

ISLAMIC DIVORCE PROCEDURE

• The following are needed for the Divorce Procedure
  • The presence of the husband and wife
  • Valid state-approved photo ID of husband and wife
  • The presence of two just witnesses
  • Valid state-approved photo ID of witnesses
• The civil and religious divorces should be done on the same date.

ISLAMIC BURIAL SERVICES

• Burial Rites and Services are performed at the cemetery and Masjid Al-Nabi in Adelanto, California. Please choose “CEMETERY” from the main menu for more information.

SPECIAL NOTE: Out of respect for the sanctity of the Masjid (Mosque, ladies are required to observe Islamic hejab (covering). The hair must be covered, and long sleeves are to be worn, along with a dress or skirt to the ankles, or long pants. Tight or clinging clothes are not appropriate.
